Bow Well wants clients and visitors to understand what the website does, what it does not do, and the expectations that support a professional wellness environment.
Please read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Services page, FAQ, and any service-specific documents provided during booking or at your appointment.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Website Terms govern your use of the Bow Well, Inc. website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply to website use. Service-specific intake, screening, consent, safety information, payment terms, or other documents presented during booking or at your appointment may contain additional requirements. Those documents are not replaced by these Website Terms.
Educational & Nonmedical Information
Bow Well, Inc. does not intend to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Website content and services are provided for general wellness education and informational purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Do not delay medically necessary care because of website content. Call 911 or seek emergency care for a medical emergency. Questions involving symptoms, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or treatment should be directed to an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Individual experiences vary. Bow Well does not guarantee a particular physical, medical, financial, or wellness outcome from any service, package, product, scan, consultation, coaching session, article, guide, or recommendation.
Testimonials and reviews describe individual experiences. They are not promises that another client will have the same experience or result.
Appointments & Deposits
Bow Well provides services by appointment. A $30 deposit is required when booking and is applied toward the service price when the appointment is attended.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. A second reschedule requires a new $30 deposit. Missed appointments and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Late arrival may shorten the available service time, require modification, or result in rescheduling when safety, screening, cleaning, or the next appointment would be affected.
Services, Prices & Packages
Services, descriptions, durations, prices, package availability, and hours may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but the current booking page and information confirmed by Bow Well control when a difference occurs.
Paid colon hydrotherapy package sessions do not expire, but appointments remain subject to availability, screening, service suitability, and Bow Well’s booking policies. Purchasing a package does not guarantee that a service will be appropriate on every requested date.
Eligibility, Screening & Consent
Services are generally intended for adults age 18 and older. Wellness Scans and Herbal Foot Soaks may be available for ages 6–17 with a parent or legal guardian and required written consent. Additional age, screening, or service limitations may apply.
Bow Well may decline, pause, modify, or discontinue a service when information provided, screening, client comfort, safety concerns, equipment limitations, professional judgment, or other circumstances make doing so appropriate. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information requested during intake and screening.
Booking, Payments & Third Parties
Appointment booking currently occurs through Square. Payments or financing may involve Square, Apple Pay, Cash App, CareCredit, Afterpay, card issuers, or other providers. Their websites, systems, approvals, fees, privacy practices, availability, and terms are controlled by those providers—not Bow Well.
Links to maps, reviews, social media, financing, booking, or other outside services are provided for convenience. Bow Well does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, outages, security, or business practices.
Responsible Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website; gain unauthorized access; submit false, harmful, automated, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; scrape the website at scale; or use its content in a misleading way.
Do not use online forms to send emergency information, detailed medical records, illegal content, or information you are not authorized to provide.
Intellectual Property
The Bow Well name, logo, tagline, website design, original text, educational materials, guides, photographs, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bow Well, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, sell, republish, alter, distribute, falsely attribute, or commercially exploit Bow Well content without prior written permission. Abdominal Stimulation Therapy™ is identified as a Bow Well service mark claim; use of the ™ symbol does not itself state that a federal registration has issued.
Website Availability & Disclaimer
Bow Well aims to provide useful and accurate website information, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that every page will always be current.
