Are appointments required?+
Yes. Bow Well, Inc. is appointment-only so the space, supplies, equipment, intake materials, and time can be prepared for each client. Walk-in service is not guaranteed.
How do I schedule?+
Use Bow Well’s online booking page to select your service and an available time. If you are unsure which service to choose, contact Bow Well before booking.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes. A $30 deposit is required when booking and is applied toward the service price when you attend your appointment.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. A second reschedule requires a new $30 deposit. Missed appointments and late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
What happens if I arrive late?+
Arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. A late arrival may shorten the safe service time, require a modification, or lead to rescheduling. Cleaning, screening, and safety steps are never rushed.
Do paid colon hydrotherapy packages expire?+
No. Once a Bow Well colon hydrotherapy package is paid, the sessions do not expire. Package sessions remain subject to appointment availability and booking policies.
What should I expect as a new client?+
New clients complete intake, health-history, consent, and screening information. Kenya will explain the selected service, answer questions, and determine whether the appointment can safely proceed within Bow Well’s wellness scope.
Should I prepare before arriving?+
Follow any service-specific instructions included with your appointment confirmation. Colon hydrotherapy clients should avoid eating during the two hours before their appointment. Bring accurate health information, arrive with enough time for intake, and share any condition, recent procedure, medication, or concern that may affect screening.
Is service guaranteed once I book?+
No. Booking reserves time, but a service may be modified, postponed, or declined when screening, consent, age, safety, or scope requirements are not met.
Can I stop during a service?+
Yes. Your comfort and consent matter throughout the appointment. You may ask questions or request that a service pause or stop at any time.
What type of colon hydrotherapy system does Bow Well use?+
Bow Well uses a LIBBE open system. The client is provided instructions, privacy, and a disposable rectal nozzle, and independently positions and inserts the nozzle.
Will I have privacy?+
Yes. Privacy is provided for undressing, positioning, draping, hygiene, and dressing. Kenya remains available to monitor comfort, answer questions, and pause or stop the session when needed.
How long is a colon hydrotherapy appointment?+
The service portion is approximately 45 minutes. New clients should allow additional time for intake, screening, explanation, and preparation.
Can I purchase more than one session?+
Yes. Bow Well offers a single session, a two-session back-to-back option, and packages of 3, 6, or 12 sessions. The 12-session package is called Frequent Flusher. Current prices are listed on the Services page.
Are Bow Well services medical treatment?+
No. Bow Well provides nonmedical wellness education and supportive wellness services. Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
What is a Wellness Scan?+
It is a brief, non-diagnostic wellness assessment used for education. The standard scan is $50. A scan with a dedicated consultation and results review is $100. Scan findings are not a medical diagnosis.
Can children or teenagers receive services?+
Most Bow Well services are for adults age 18 and older. Wellness Scans and Herbal Foot Soaks are available for ages 6–17 when a parent or legal guardian is present and written consent and screening requirements are completed.
How do I know which service to choose?+
Review the Services page for descriptions, timing, prices, and who each option may fit. Contact Bow Well when you need help understanding the differences. Recommendations remain educational and are not a diagnosis.
What if I am pregnant, under medical care, or have a health condition?+
Disclose this information during booking and screening. Some circumstances may require postponing a service or obtaining guidance from your licensed healthcare professional. Wellness services should never delay medically necessary care.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. Individual experiences vary. Bow Well does not promise a specific physical, medical, or wellness outcome from any service, scan, product, package, or coaching session.
What payment options are available?+
Bow Well accepts all major credit cards, Cash App, cash, Apple Pay through Square, CareCredit, and Afterpay. CareCredit and Afterpay eligibility, approval, and terms are determined by those providers.
Where is Bow Well located?+
Bow Well, Inc. is located at 330 N. Vandeventer Ave., St. Louis, Missouri 63108, inside Bradley Chiropractic Center, LLC. The two companies share office space while remaining separate businesses.
